POLICIES
Note: All of our stylists are Independent and may have their own set of salon policies.
CANCELATIONS:
We ask for a 72 hour notice. Not canceling within our time frame may result in a cancelation fee.
NO SHOWS:
Clients who NO SHOW with no communication will be required to pay a No Show and or rebooking fee.
LATE CLIENTS:
Clients who are 15 minutes late or more, may need to reschedule his or her appointment. Hair can be unpredictable at times. Showing up at the correct time of your appointment helps us stay on track!
BOOKING FEES:
Some of our appointments might require a non refundable deposit to secure the appointment. IF you NO SHOW/ cancel/ or reschedule this appointment, you are forfeiting the booking fee.
REDO POLICY:
Please contact your stylist within 48 hours if you are unhappy with your service. Color clients can be subjected to an additional cost if one changes his/her mind on original hair color.
KIDS:
As much as we LOVE your little ones!! Our salon is not child proof. We have sharp and hot tools, breakable things and do not want anyone to get hurt! If your child is not getting a service we respectfully ask that you make arrangements for child care. We want ALL of our guests to have a relaxing experience including YOU! So let us pamper you!
SOCIAL MEDIA PICTURES:
Before and After pictures are used for our social media, website, and marketing.
When asked if its ok to take your photo, you are giving us permission to post them. Feel free to tag yourself and share them!
Let it be known if you DO NOT want your face shown.
PAYMENTS OF SERVICES:
All payments of services must be paid in full at the time of appointment. No check holds. If you forget your wallet, card declines, bad check and we have to send you an invoice, there will be a $15 service fee. If this invoice is not paid within 12 hours. There will be a $50 late fee for each day not paid. and can result in being a cash only client.
